Full yard design service

This project started from “0” — the client remodeled their whole house, and everything outside was empty. When we were inside their new house, we felt the living room was quite spacious; indeed, the client valued their social time with friends, families, and their kids’ friends.

We realized it is important to echo what’s going on inside, either programmatically or visually, so the ideas from inside have been transferred to outside: We created a playful concrete slab path and a ‘floating’ deck for a group of 8, with enough planting to strengthen them.

Our goal in Design Documentation was to document our design intent clearly for contractors so as to minimize discrepancies.

Entry Xeriscape Garden Design

An entry garden complements the building’s crisp colors, featuring matching plants and textures that enhance its modern, vibrant aesthetic.

From Dinning Room to Deck

A seamless backyard extension connects the dining room to an outdoor oasis, offering a relaxing retreat. Flowing from indoor dining to cozy seating, it invites fresh air, natural light, and tranquility.

A Path to Nature

A versatile backyard provides space for gardening, exercising, and playing with kids, creating a vibrant, multi-use area. Lush plants, open space, and designated zones encourage family bonding, health, and relaxation in nature.

Floating Deck + Stepping Concretes

A backyard floating deck offers a cozy retreat where you can relax as kids play nearby. With comfortable seating and open space, it’s perfect for family time, blending relaxation and fun outdoors.
